Ok, lets face it. Its Friday, you have been 'good' all week with your diet. Your craving some tasty food to see you through. Rather than hitting the takeaway on the way home, why not try our healthy chicken fajitas to sink your teeth into! 2 servings = 4 wraps 1345 Calories 110 g protein 32 g fat 157 g carbs 1 serving = 2 wraps 673 Kcals 55g protein 16g fat 79g carbs In bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon of olive oil, lime juice, garlic, chilli powder, cumin, hot pepper flakes, black pepper & salt. Add 300g chicken to the bowl, stir, cover and leave to marinate in the fridge. Use silver foil to cover wraps and add to the oven in order to warm. Add the bowl of chicken with spices, 1 chopped onion and 2 chopped peppers to a hot frying pan or wok and heat until chicken is cooked throughout. (Other veg may also be added depending on your taste although calories and macros may change) Separate into 4 equal portions and serve with one of the warmed wraps.

Simple. Easy. Good food!
