60 x Hang Power Clean and Push Press 60/40kg

Then 50 x Syncronised Burpees

You Go I Go

40 x Hang Power Clean and Push Press

Then 50 x Synchronised Air Squats

You Go I Go

20 x Hang Power Clean and Push Press

Then 50 x Syncronised Situps

** You can split the Hang Power cleans up

how you like - for example, one athlete can do 5 x reps, and the second do 2 x.

There is no rule on how they are split up.
