in Teams of 4 athletes: split into pairs

2 athletes run 400m while other 2 complete the following:

(move on when both pairs complete)

- AMRAP Wall Balls 9/5kg (standard target)

- AMRAP Syncro Situps

- AMRAP Deadlifts 100/80kg

- AMRAP Box Jumps 24/20"

- AMRAP Power Cleans 70/50kg

- AMRAP Pullups
