1 mile Run as a team

400m Buddy carry (1 man to always be carried)

Then:

21 x YGIG rounds of:

8 x Box Jumps

16 x KB Swings

(As soon as Box jumps complete - move to KB Swings, next athlete to star Box Jumps)
