Strength

5x5 Floor Press (work to heaviest 5rm) 60 sec rest between sets

WOD

3 Rounds of:

8 x Floor Press 60/40kg

16 x Bar Situps

(Then 1 x 400m run/row - after 3 rounds of above)

3 x Rounds of:

12 x Floor Press 60/40kg

24 x Bar Situps

(Then 1 x 400m run/row - after 3 rounds of above)

Then:

20 x Floor Press 60/40kg

40 x Bar Situps

800m run/row - after 3 rounds of above)
