Jenny Towell
An exceptional Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Coach with 10 years experience in the fitness industry. Jenny is an all round athlete with a passion for strength training. She is a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer and has recently competed in 'Strongman' competitions finishing 4th in a regional (open weight) and 3rd in a competition hosted by CrossFit Ivy (under 65kg)

Best piece of Advice to give: If short on time, mix high intensity Short Rowing or running bursts with compound exercises (working 2 or more body parts at the same time)
Jon Towell
With a strong background of over 30 years in fitness, Jon is a 3rd Dan in Shotokan Karate and experienced Boxing Coach. With a passion for Olympic Lifting and Strongman, he is a well established , results driven Personal Trainer and Crossfit Level 1 Trainer. In June 2014 Jon was crowned 'Merseysides Strongest Man' (Under 90kg category) in a regional 'Strongman' competition..

Best piece of Advice to give: Get your technique right before trying to lift too heavy. Scale your workouts to keep intensity, but also to maintain good movement mechanics.
